Joyce has graciously consented to prepare a crock-pot full Old Settler's Beans - its a pork and beans, hamburger and bacon hot dish. 

You won't find it on Gundersen's 500 Club list, but it goes great with hot dogs cooked in beer!

I'll bring along copies of the recipe in case anybody is interested!
