There is a tool which takes raw pieces of wood and makes sort of a
pencil sharpened end which then goes into a hole. It is used on
primitive furniture, where the raw logs are used.
I suppose one could do that on a lathe, but I was told there is a tool
that does this. Does anyone know what it is called and where it might
be purchased. As far as I can tell, it would look, or act, like a giant
pencil sharpener.
Thanks,
Jim
