The 2011 Wisconsin Art & Craft Fairs Directory application is now live.

in the blue sidebar if you would like to list a 2011 show. This form is for
art & craft fairs in the state of Wisconsin only. Read the instructions for
more information before submitting the application form. 

Please especially be aware that there is a listing fee to advertise in the
2011 Wisconsin Art & Craft Fairs Directory. This fee covers printing and
paper costs to produce over 50,000 directories. To figure the listing fee
for your event, please use the formula provided on the Instructions page
(the link show above). The minimum fee is $25 and the maximum is $250. 

There are three steps to submitting a complete application. 

1. Login: You have two options here, you may bring up your text from our
database for a fair you submitted last year, or you may bring up a blank
application form. 

.         To have the text of a previously submitted application brought up
for you to revise, you simply type in your username (which is your email
address) and the password that was sent to you in last year's confirmation
email. If you don't have that information, you can call or email Renee
Tertin (contact info below) and ask for assistance, or you can start with a
new, blank form (see next bullet item). 

.         To start with a blank form, simply hit the link that says "If you
have not previously registered or would like to bring up a blank application
form, please click here."

2. Submit: Complete the application form and hit the "Submit" button at the
bottom of the form. You only need to hit this button once. The deadline for
submitting the application is November 12, 2010. 

3. Mail the Listing Fee: When you receive your Confirmation Email (which is
sent automatically by email after you submit), you will be informed of the
amount of the listing fee for the event. Mail your listing fee to the
Wisconsin Arts Board postmarked no later than November 19, 2010. The mailing
address plus more information is included in the confirmation email.

Here are some common mistakes to avoid:

.  Verify your dates with a 2011 calendar: We see many submissions where
folks use the calendar on their wall not realizing that it's the wrong year.


.  Data entered in all upper or lower case: Please do not type in ALL CAPS.
Use standard upper/lower case. 

.  Look the information over carefully in EVERY field before you submit:
This directory will be in the hands of over 50,000 people--you don't want to
provide the wrong information! 

And please remember that we communicate via e-mail only. It is vital that we
have your current e-mail address at all times. It is your responsibility to
keep the Arts Board informed of changes in your e-mail address. We will not
be able to inform you of future Art & Craft Fair announcements without this
information. We apologize for duplicate email messages you may receive.

If you would like to be removed from this mailing, please reply to this
email with that request. Your request will be handled immediately.
