[Crw-talk] Great River Folk Festival Information

If you plan on showing pieces at our booth for the Great River Folk Festival, I need at least a list of what pieces you will bring by Saturday, August 22.  If possible I would like to have the pieces by then so we can get them logged in and tagged.  For each piece, I need artists name, woods used, finish used, for sale or not and price.  25% of all proceeds will go to the club.  I am attaching a form you can fill out and e-mail back to me, if you want.

I also need 2-3 more people to help work the booth.  The hours are 9:30-12:30 and 12:30-5:00 on Saturday August 29.  10:00-1:00 and 1:00-5:00 on Sunday, August 30.  Also, if you are available for set up Saturday morning (7:30) and tear down Sunday evening (after 5), it woul dbe appreciated. 

Again, I would like the pieces by this Saturday.  Call me at 608-783-0883 or e-mail me at wisawdust at charter.net to make arrangements fo drop off or pickup. As a minimum, I need the list of pieces by Saturday.
